Qtum Snap and Bridge Community Test Program
The Qtum team has deployed a bridge and MetaMask snap that connects to the Ethereum ecosystem. We are first focusing on functionally between the snap and USDC transfers. Our first set of tasks are based on testnet transactions on both Ethereum Sepolia and Qtum.
STEP 1
Install the Qtum MetaMask snap - See the snap overview page at (link to to our new landing page)
STEP 2
Initialize the Qtum Snap by visiting https://wallet.qtumbridge.org and creating your first MetaMask Qtum wallet.
STEP 3
Acquire testnet tokens in MetaMask.
a. You'll need Sepolia testnet Eth tokens, there are many faucets available. In this example we will use Google Cloud's Web3 site: https://cloud.google.com/application/web3/faucet/ethereum/sepolia Enter your MetaMask sepolia/eth address
b. Reopen the wallet.qtumbridge.org site and copy your Qtum testnet Wallet address.
Visit https://testnet-faucet.qtum.info/ and paste in your testnet address check click the checkbox

c. Acquire USDC on Eth Sepolia via the USDC faucet at https://faucet.circle.com/

What is the Qtum Bridge - USDC Incentivized Testnet Campaign?
It's a community event where participants test the Qtum-Ethereum bridge by moving assets between Qtum Testnet and Ethereum Testnet. The campaign aims to test the bridge's speed, stability, and security.
How long does the event last?
Phase 1 of the event will last for 1 week.
What's the reward for participating?
The Qtum Foundation is offering 2000 Qtum tokens for this first event, which will be divided among participants. Additionally, Qtum Mainnet QRC-20 memecoins will be airdropped to community testers after the event concludes.
Do I need coding experience to participate?
No, coding experience or advanced knowledge of blockchain technology is not required.
What equipment do I need to participate?
You need a PC to participate.
Can I use my mobile to participate in the Testnet Campaign?
You can’t participate with a mobile phone, simply because Qtum Metamask Snap Wallet doesn’t exist on mobile.
What dApps will I need to use?
You'll need to use the Qtum MetaMask Snap wallet, testnet faucets for Qtum and Ethereum (Sepolia), and the Circle Testnet Faucet.
How do I receive tasks for the event?
Tasks will be delivered daily through the event website.
How can I increase my chances of getting a larger reward?
Participate daily to build up your points and get a larger percentage of the airdrop.

What should I do with my Qtum MetaMask Snap wallet after the event?
